一、开展本次培训活动的目的：

新课程提倡以人为本，以学生的发展为本的目标就是要把活力注入课堂，从根本上改变学生机械重复，消极被动、死记硬背等学习状况，引领学生最终实现一种积极向上、轻松愉悦、富于激情的英语活力课堂学习。这样的课堂上，师生成了共同体，学生的生命在成长，教师的专业在发展，将教学的本质从认知领域扩大到生命领域，是有意义、有价值和有生命的课堂。“师生学习共同体”创建了“人本的课堂”，“人本的课堂”使得“活力课堂”真正富有了生机与活力。

二、培训活动的主要内容：

首先进行课堂观察的理论学习及任务分配，然后观摩金薇薇老师带来的五年级的《Read and write》，本节课是基于学习共同体理念下的阅读课，接着进行评课研讨。

三、培训活动的采用形式：

现场课堂教学观摩、课后研讨。

四、培训基本过程：

首先进行课堂观察的理论学习及任务分配，接着观摩金薇薇老师带来的五年级的《Read and write》，本节课是基于学习共同体理念下的阅读课。“学习共同体”使得本堂课的学习处于高度开放的状态，原本难以真正实现的“过程与方法”“情感态度与价值观”在“学习共同体”的课堂学习中也得到了实现。接着进行了评课研讨。老师们认为，在本节课中学生自主性、主体性得到最大的体现，他们的倾听能力、观察能力、阅读能力、表达能力都受到了极大的重视，学生个人的语言综合素养得到了有效提高。

二、您认为本次培训活动的成功之处和存在的不足：

在本节课中学生的自主性、主体性得到最大的体现，他们的倾听能力、观察能力、阅读能力、表达能力都受到了极大的重视，学生个人的语言综合素养得到了有效提高。
